Job Summary

To drive growth in the insurance tech space, the full-time remote Sales Development Representative will make over 150 outbound calls and emails weekly, qualify leads, and set meetings while collaborating with Sales and Marketing teams.

Key responsibilities
  • Make 150+ outbound calls and send 150+ emails weekly
  • Qualify leads and set 8+ meetings per month
  • Partner with Sales & Marketing to refine contact strategy
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Sales experience, preferably in SDR, AE, or inside sales roles
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce
  • Knowledge of the P&C insurance industry is a plus
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
