Sales Development Representative

Job Summary

Joining the founding Ad-Studio team, the remote Sales Development Representative will focus on building outbound strategies for Hightouch's creative platform, engaging with performance marketers and brand teams through various outreach methods while developing foundational processes and messaging.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outreach to prospective customers through cold calls, emails, and integrated marketing campaigns
• Collaborate with the growth team to create personalized messaging that addresses customer pain points
• Develop and refine the outbound playbook, shaping processes and strategies for the new product

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 1+ years of experience engaging customers and prospects
• Ability to operate without an established playbook and contribute to its creation
• Self-starter with a strong motivation to build from the ground up in a high-growth environment
