Job Summary
Transitioning from construction to sales, the fully remote Sales Development Representative will identify and engage general contractors and specialty contractors, leveraging firsthand experience in change order management to book qualified meetings for Account Executives.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and reach out to general and specialty contractors facing manual change order challenges
- Conduct discovery conversations to establish credibility using construction operations experience
- Book qualified meetings for Account Executives while learning the full sales cycle
Required qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in a commercial general contractor or specialty contractor role, such as Project Engineer, Project Manager, or Project Coordinator
- Basic understanding of change order management processes
- Genuine desire to pursue a career in sales
- Ability to work remotely within the Dallas area
