Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Development Representative - Team Lead to drive pipeline generation and elevate team performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of SDRs to drive consistent activity and performance
  • Generate pipeline through outbound prospecting and inbound follow-up while partnering with Account Executives
  • Inspect and improve team performance through call reviews and pipeline analysis
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience as an SDR/BDR with a proven track record of exceeding quota
  • Experience mentoring or coaching other SDRs
  • Strong understanding of outbound prospecting and inbound lead qualification
  • Proficient with sales tools such as Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required
