Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Development Representative - Team Lead to drive pipeline generation and elevate team performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of SDRs to drive consistent activity and performance
- Generate pipeline through outbound prospecting and inbound follow-up while partnering with Account Executives
- Inspect and improve team performance through call reviews and pipeline analysis
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience as an SDR/BDR with a proven track record of exceeding quota
- Experience mentoring or coaching other SDRs
- Strong understanding of outbound prospecting and inbound lead qualification
- Proficient with sales tools such as Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required
