Job Summary

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. At Smarter with Achieve, the SDR team manages multiple inbound lead segments interested in different lines of business.

As a member of this growing team, you will qualify both B2B and B2C opportunities. You will serve as the traffic manager, ensuring each lead is passed along to the appropriate next step in the sales funnel. Our ideal team member will be highly organized, goal-oriented, and extremely self-motivated. A key attribute to success is the ability to recognize when leads are ready to close the deal now, and execute the sale at that moment.

Responsibilities:

-Make 30+ calls a day
-80% of your call appointments are set by a calendar booking team
-20% of your remaining time used for outbound calls to high lead score segment
-Using SMS, email, LinkedIn Messenger and phone to reach each contact
-Run discovery calls and collect critical information
-Actively manage your inbound leads
-Close deals on your own
-Answer questions about product and service features

Desired Skills and Experience:

-Require minimum of an Associate's degree, Bachelor's preferred
-Exceptional communication skills and ability to relate to others
-Positive attitude and highly motivated to reach/exceed quota
-Highly coachable, eager to learn and grow their career
-Willingness to work closely with others in a collaborative manner
-High level of comfort and knowledge of technology-based communication too
