Job Summary
Sales Development Specialist is a full-time remote position responsible for supporting sales growth by collaborating with Account Executives, generating business intelligence, and managing customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Salesforce training and support for new Account Executives
- Generate comprehensive sales reports and manage data integrity within Salesforce
- Assist in customer onboarding and handle claims management efficiently
Required Qualifications
- High School education or equivalent
- 2+ years of sales support experience
- Ability to support up to 20 Account Executives simultaneously
- Located in the Eastern Standard Time zone
- Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
