Job Summary

Sales Development Specialist is a full-time remote position responsible for supporting sales growth by collaborating with Account Executives, generating business intelligence, and managing customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Salesforce training and support for new Account Executives
  • Generate comprehensive sales reports and manage data integrity within Salesforce
  • Assist in customer onboarding and handle claims management efficiently
Required Qualifications
  • High School education or equivalent
  • 2+ years of sales support experience
  • Ability to support up to 20 Account Executives simultaneously
  • Located in the Eastern Standard Time zone
  • Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
