Job Summary

Supporting sales growth in a fully remote capacity, the Sales Development Specialist will partner with Account Executives to connect with key players in targeted accounts, generate business intelligence, and enhance customer engagement while managing sales support tasks.

Key responsibilities:
  • Provide Salesforce training for new Account Executives and internal partners
  • Generate comprehensive reports and maintain data integrity within the Salesforce system
  • Conduct market research and assist in identifying potential business opportunities for Account Executives
Required qualifications:
  • High School education or equivalent
  • 2+ years of sales support experience
  • Ability to support up to 20 Account Executives simultaneously
  • Located in the Southeast United States
  • Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
