Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time Sr. Specialist, Sales Development will manage customer relationships, provide accurate sales forecasts, and handle high volumes of outbound communications to support client satisfaction and retention.
Key responsibilities
- Provide accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales forecasts
- Manage high volumes of customer contacts through phone and email, focusing on outbound communication
- Maintain the customer management system (CRM) to ensure all relevant data is captured
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in a customer service or sales capacity
- Prior success in achieving personal and team sales quotas/goals
- Experience in high-volume calling
- Proficiency with Salesforce.com or similar CRM systems
- Must reside in the United States and have a valid U.S. address for residence
