Job Summary

To drive new client acquisition and revenue generation, the full-time Sales Development Specialist will create a sales pipeline for employer clients in the ATI Worksite Solutions business line while working remotely and traveling approximately 20%-30% for industry events.

Key responsibilities:
  • Prospect new employer clients through cold-calling efforts
  • Attend industry conferences to network and enhance brand visibility
  • Collaborate with AWS colleagues to share leads and secure business
Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5 years of employer sales experience
  • Experience in employer contractual sales for onsite occupational medicine and workplace injury prevention (preferred)
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Understanding of safety and wellness programs implemented by employers
