Job Summary
To drive new client acquisition and revenue generation, the full-time Sales Development Specialist will create a sales pipeline for employer clients in the ATI Worksite Solutions business line while working remotely and traveling approximately 20%-30% for industry events.
Key responsibilities:
- Prospect new employer clients through cold-calling efforts
- Attend industry conferences to network and enhance brand visibility
- Collaborate with AWS colleagues to share leads and secure business
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5 years of employer sales experience
- Experience in employer contractual sales for onsite occupational medicine and workplace injury prevention (preferred)
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Understanding of safety and wellness programs implemented by employers
