Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Development Team Lead (100% Remote outside of Canada).

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily activities and performance of the Business Development team
Monitor SDRs' KPIs and conduct regular performance check-ins
Support onboarding and training of new and existing SDRs

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales Development or SDR roles
At least 1 year of experience in a Team Lead or supervisory role
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding SDR targets
Strong understanding of outbound sales processes and buyer personas
Hands-on experience with outreach and sales tools
