Key Responsibilities
- Lead and scale the sales organization to develop a high-performing team
- Drive revenue growth by building and executing a scalable sales strategy
- Manage and grow the sales team through recruitment, onboarding, and mentorship
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years in SaaS sales leadership roles, with 3+ years at the Director level or equivalent
- Experience in private equity-backed companies and high-growth scaling environments
- Direct experience selling to or working within community foundations or nonprofits
- Demonstrated track record of scaling SaaS revenue from $50M to $150M
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
