Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, develop, and lead a team of 5-7 Strategic Sales Representatives
- Develop a business plan to exceed sales goals and manage the sales ecosystem
- Collaborate with the leadership team to develop go-to-market strategies
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience leading strategic sales teams
- Proven track record of annual overachievement in sales
- Experience with complex sales cycles and selling through security channel partners
- Background in SaaS sales, particularly in cloud, logs, metrics, IT operations, and security
- Experience in developing pipelines and opening new accounts
