Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Director, Mid-Atlantic/Great Lakes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit, develop, and lead a team of 5-7 Strategic Sales Representatives
  • Develop a business plan to exceed sales goals and manage the sales ecosystem
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to develop go-to-market strategies
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience leading strategic sales teams
  • Proven track record of annual overachievement in sales
  • Experience with complex sales cycles and selling through security channel partners
  • Background in SaaS sales, particularly in cloud, logs, metrics, IT operations, and security
  • Experience in developing pipelines and opening new accounts
