Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and scale a team of Account Executives to exceed new logo revenue goals
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans and analyze market trends for new business opportunities
  • Set sales targets, track performance, and optimize the sales pipeline strategy
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
  • Minimum of 7 years of sales experience in the software or food industry, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong understanding of food safety regulations and compliance standards is a plus
  • Excellent leadership qualities in developing and leading a sales team
