Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Director to drive new client acquisition and lead a sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive net-new client acquisition, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
  • Coach, support, and oversee a small team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs) and junior new business sellers
  • Develop and execute outbound sales strategies in collaboration with leadership
Required Qualifications
  • 4-5+ years in Salesforce consulting
  • Proven experience closing new business and managing a sales pipeline end-to-end
  • Experience leading and motivating a team, ideally with prior people management experience
  • Strong consultative, value-based sales approach
  • Ambitious, proactive, and adaptable in a scaling, agile environment
