Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director, SMB Sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on coaching and guidance to the sales team
- Support daily sales activities and ensure consistent messaging and follow-up standards
- Review and report sales metrics and own forecasting and pipeline accuracy
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 6+ years in B2B or SaaS sales, with at least 3 years in sales leadership
- Proven record of building and coaching successful sales teams
- Familiarity with SMB, franchise, or multi-location sales environments
- Proficiency in HubSpot CRM for reporting and pipeline management
