Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Sales, Consumer Finance Solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Motivates and monitors a team of 4 to 8 sales executives to ensure successful sales performance
• Provides training and expertise to develop the sales pipeline and close new business
• Drives initiatives to achieve sales, revenue, and margin targets while maintaining customer satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing or equivalent experience
• 5+ years in a Sales Management position
• 10+ years in the payment/fintech industry selling enterprise-level payment software solutions
• Proven track record of building long-standing client relationships
• Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in motivating and developing sales professionals
