Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Director who can build and lead a high-performance remote sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the sales division with clarity and consistency while setting and protecting cultural standards
  • Directly manage team leads and ensure accountability through coaching and performance reviews
  • Own revenue metrics and drive performance while collaborating with Operations on strategic planning


Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience in managing and scaling remote high-ticket sales teams
  • Experience in building high-performing leadership layers
  • Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and improve team KPIs
  • Strong command of HubSpot and pipeline management
  • Experience in fitness, wellness, or coaching preferred
