Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Director who can build and lead a high-performance remote sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the sales division with clarity and consistency while setting and protecting cultural standards
- Directly manage team leads and ensure accountability through coaching and performance reviews
- Own revenue metrics and drive performance while collaborating with Operations on strategic planning
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in managing and scaling remote high-ticket sales teams
- Experience in building high-performing leadership layers
- Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and improve team KPIs
- Strong command of HubSpot and pipeline management
- Experience in fitness, wellness, or coaching preferred
