Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Sales to lead their SMB and Mid-Market sales organization in the Americas.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies, manage quotas, and lead growth initiatives
- Provide coaching, hire, train, and mentor sales teams for improved performance
- Deliver accurate sales forecasts and drive teams to exceed Gross Profit targets
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in tech/software sales with a strong record of exceeding targets
- 5+ years in sales leadership, managing other sales leaders
- Proven success leading SMB and Mid-Market teams
- Strong knowledge of CPaaS, including voice, messaging, or email APIs
- Skilled in modern sales methodologies and tools, including Salesforce
