Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Director to lead net-new enterprise acquisition within a defined U.S. region.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and convert a consistent flow of qualified pipeline across the assigned US territory
- Lead tailored discovery and ROI-driven solution design for senior HR and IT decision-makers
- Develop and execute a quarterly territory plan with measurable KPIs and revenue goals
Required Qualifications
- Proven success in owning complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Experience in value-based selling and storytelling to executive buyers
- Demonstrated ability to create pipeline from cold accounts in underpenetrated territories
- Proficiency in territory strategy, account segmentation, and pipeline management
- Comfortable navigating complex deal cycles, including procurement and legal processes
