Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
• 5-8+ years of experience in media sales, ad strategy, and/or growth marketing
• 2-3 years of experience in managing or mentoring sales professionals
• Experience in driving revenue growth through innovative ad products and cross-platform campaigns
• Deep understanding of the digital media landscape and the Christian marketplace
