Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Director to build and lead their sales function from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to meet and exceed revenue targets
  • Design and establish a repeatable sales process from lead generation to deal closing
  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of Sales Development Representatives and Account Executives
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS enterprise sales, with at least 4 years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of building and scaling a successful sales team
  • Deep understanding of the enterprise sales cycle and experience with complex software solutions
  • Experience with CRM software and sales engagement tools
  • Strong knowledge of software license compliance or IT governance is a bonus
