Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Sales to lead their Sales and Account Management teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of sales representatives focused on prospecting and account growth
- Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company goals to drive revenue growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients and strategic partners
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of Sales/Business Development experience and 5+ years of leadership experience in software professional services
- Proven success in selling enterprise HCM, Talent & Development, or SaaS-adjacent services
- Strong leadership and coaching skills for sales teams
- Salesforce CRM proficiency with a metrics-driven approach
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and create structure in ambiguous situations
