Job Summary

- Evaluate, train, and develop Account Executives to achieve long-term financial growth

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 6 years of sales experience in the IT Staffing and Services industry
- Strong networking and persuasion skills
- Proficiency with CRM and applicant tracking systems
- Strong knowledge of the Northern California market
