Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Sales, US.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and deliver US revenue targets, meeting or exceeding goals across a team of 7 - 10 Account Executives
  • Lead, coach, and develop Account Executives, establishing performance expectations and consistent coaching
  • Drive execution across the full sales cycle and partner with cross-functional teams to enhance pipeline quality and forecast accuracy
Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience in SaaS sales leadership with a focus on revenue performance
  • Strong background in coaching and developing sales teams
  • Experience with multi-stakeholder, higher-ACV SMB deals
  • Highly organized and data-driven, with strong forecasting abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively across various functions within the organization
