Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Sales, US.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and deliver US revenue targets, meeting or exceeding goals across a team of 7 - 10 Account Executives
- Lead, coach, and develop Account Executives, establishing performance expectations and consistent coaching
- Drive execution across the full sales cycle and partner with cross-functional teams to enhance pipeline quality and forecast accuracy
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in SaaS sales leadership with a focus on revenue performance
- Strong background in coaching and developing sales teams
- Experience with multi-stakeholder, higher-ACV SMB deals
- Highly organized and data-driven, with strong forecasting abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively across various functions within the organization
