Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Sales (ConTech/PropTech).

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the full sales cycle from sourcing to closing deals
  • Generate pipeline through outbound prospecting and schedule meetings with decision-makers

Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience as a quota-carrying Account Executive in ConTech or PropTech
  • Proven track record of consistent quota attainment
  • Deep understanding of AEC industry dynamics and specification processes
  • Experience managing 3-6 month sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
  • Self-starter who thrives with autonomy and accountability
