Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Sales to drive growth by establishing and expanding broker relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a broker sales strategy to generate new business
- Achieve annual sales targets by leveraging existing and new broker relationships
- Track sales activities and KPIs in Salesforce and report to management
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in the health insurance broker community or related sales
- Understanding of group health cost-containment or related sales experience
- Ability to collaborate across various departments
- Impeccable ethics and integrity
- Undergraduate degree in business or related field or equivalent experience
