Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Sales to drive growth by establishing and expanding broker relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a broker sales strategy to generate new business
  • Achieve annual sales targets by leveraging existing and new broker relationships
  • Track sales activities and KPIs in Salesforce and report to management
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in the health insurance broker community or related sales
  • Understanding of group health cost-containment or related sales experience
  • Ability to collaborate across various departments
  • Impeccable ethics and integrity
  • Undergraduate degree in business or related field or equivalent experience
