Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Director to lead and manage a team of Account Executives in the Southeast region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate an enterprise sales team to achieve sales goals and provide coaching and professional development
  • Develop and execute sales strategies that align with business objectives and target enterprise accounts
  • Oversee the end-to-end sales process and collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer experience
Qualifications & Experience
  • 2+ years of experience leading enterprise or commercial/mid-market sales reps in a fast-paced environment
  • 5+ years of full-cycle, B2B sales experience in complex software or security
  • Demonstrated success in forecasting, territory account mapping, and conducting discovery meetings
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Expert understanding of complex security challenges and proficiency in leveraging CRM and sales tools
