Job Summary

- Lead and mentor a team of Account Managers to achieve sales quotas
- Articulate the value proposition of the CPQ solution suite and communicate competitive advantages to clients
- Implement operational plans and manage talent initiatives to ensure team effectiveness
Required Qualifications
- Experience managing and coaching software sales teams to achieve quotas
- Experience selling SaaS business solutions
- Experience developing value propositions based on ROI analysis
- Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without visa sponsorship
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
