Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Sales to oversee a team of Account Executives and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Senior and Junior Account Executives
  • Design and execute scalable go-to-market strategies to accelerate pipeline generation and revenue growth
  • Implement and optimize AI-powered tooling to enhance Sales execution throughout the funnel
Required Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of progressive sales experience with at least 3+ years in a leadership role managing sales teams in a startup B2B SaaS context
  • Demonstrated success building and scaling sales organizations in high-growth startup environments
  • Hands-on experience with modern Sales software, including AI and automation tools
  • Strong analytical and business acumen with the ability to translate data into actionable sales strategies
  • First principles thinker with a deep understanding of modern sales methodologies
