Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Director to drive net-new revenue within large enterprise companies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close within large, multi-stakeholder enterprise accounts
  • Identify and convert high-value new logos with multi-SKU opportunities across various workforce solutions
  • Carry an individual quota while supporting rep productivity through deal coaching and executive engagement
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years in enterprise new business sales within contingent workforce, staffing, HR tech, or procurement tech
  • Demonstrated success closing long-cycle, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals
  • Deep knowledge of IC/AOR/EOR workflows, MSP programs, and compliance frameworks
  • Proven executive-level engagement and negotiation capability
  • Strong commercial instincts with disciplined forecasting and documentation practices
