Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Director to drive net-new revenue within large enterprise companies.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close within large, multi-stakeholder enterprise accounts
- Identify and convert high-value new logos with multi-SKU opportunities across various workforce solutions
- Carry an individual quota while supporting rep productivity through deal coaching and executive engagement
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years in enterprise new business sales within contingent workforce, staffing, HR tech, or procurement tech
- Demonstrated success closing long-cycle, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals
- Deep knowledge of IC/AOR/EOR workflows, MSP programs, and compliance frameworks
- Proven executive-level engagement and negotiation capability
- Strong commercial instincts with disciplined forecasting and documentation practices
