Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute regional business plans to drive growth and profitability across assigned accounts
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with major accounts and distributors to unlock growth opportunities
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a sales team, ensuring accountability and continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • 10+ years of progressive sales experience in CPG, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • Proven success in managing regional or national accounts with major retailers
  • Experience in broker management and trade spend optimization
  • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with syndicated data and retailer POS systems
