Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional business plans to drive growth and profitability across assigned accounts
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with major accounts and distributors to unlock growth opportunities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a sales team, ensuring accountability and continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 10+ years of progressive sales experience in CPG, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Proven success in managing regional or national accounts with major retailers
- Experience in broker management and trade spend optimization
- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with syndicated data and retailer POS systems
