Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Sales for the AMER region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and lead a team of high-performing Account Executives focused on major accounts in AMER
  • Recruit, hire, and coach sales team members with a consultative selling background
  • Implement partner sales strategies and maintain accurate sales forecasting and reporting
Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience in building and coaching successful sales teams in the Majors segment
  • Experience selling technical software platforms to technical audiences
  • Understanding of the Business Orchestration and Automation Technologies (BOAT) category
  • Track record of recruiting and leading high-performing sales teams
  • Ability to lead both new logo acquisition and expansion sales
