Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Sales for the AMER region.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and lead a team of high-performing Account Executives focused on major accounts in AMER
- Recruit, hire, and coach sales team members with a consultative selling background
- Implement partner sales strategies and maintain accurate sales forecasting and reporting
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in building and coaching successful sales teams in the Majors segment
- Experience selling technical software platforms to technical audiences
- Understanding of the Business Orchestration and Automation Technologies (BOAT) category
- Track record of recruiting and leading high-performing sales teams
- Ability to lead both new logo acquisition and expansion sales
