Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Sales - Backstage.
Key Responsibilities
- Own revenue targets for the SOE product portfolio across new business, expansion, and retention
- Lead, coach, and grow a distributed team of Account Executives, Sales Engineers, and Customer Support
- Define and execute a sales strategy targeting engineering leaders and developer experience buyers
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, with 3+ years in a leadership role
- Experience engaging with engineering leaders and understanding their challenges
- Familiarity with selling to R&D, engineering, or developer experience buyers
- Data-driven approach to forecasting and performance metrics
- Experience collaborating with Customer Support or Customer Success teams
