Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Sales - Backstage.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own revenue targets for the SOE product portfolio across new business, expansion, and retention
  • Lead, coach, and grow a distributed team of Account Executives, Sales Engineers, and Customer Support
  • Define and execute a sales strategy targeting engineering leaders and developer experience buyers
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, with 3+ years in a leadership role
  • Experience engaging with engineering leaders and understanding their challenges
  • Familiarity with selling to R&D, engineering, or developer experience buyers
  • Data-driven approach to forecasting and performance metrics
  • Experience collaborating with Customer Support or Customer Success teams
