Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Sales to lead the team driving new logo growth in the distribution market.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of outbound Account Executives targeting SMB and mid-market distribution companies
- Own new logo quota attainment and drive the team from pipeline generation through close
- Establish CRM hygiene standards and collaborate with Marketing on demand generation strategies
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in B2B SaaS sales leadership, with 2+ years managing an outbound AE team
- Demonstrated success in elevating team performance and improving sales efficiency
- Experience with a specific discovery methodology and enforcing data standards in HubSpot or Salesforce
- Experience selling to non-tech-native buyers in distribution, manufacturing, or construction
- Preferred experience in taking a team from sub-$10M to $20M+ in new logo ARR
