Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Sales, Account Executives to lead their new logo sales team with a focus on pipeline generation and coaching development.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute new logo acquisition strategy and manage the Account Executive team to achieve pipeline generation and quota attainment
- Drive accountability in funnel management and ensure high-quality lead qualification
- Conduct coaching sessions and develop individualized performance improvement plans for team members
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a quota-carrying B2B SaaS seller and 3+ years leading Account Executives
- Proven track record of improving funnel conversion and driving new logo growth
- Experience in managing pipeline health and forecast rigor within Salesforce
- Strong ability to identify performance gaps and develop talent through coaching
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and maintain high standards for team performance
