Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Director (First Line) to lead a team of Account Executives in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a team of 5-6 Account Executives, driving pipeline and deal strategy

Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years in B2B enterprise or commercial technology sales, with 2+ years in a management role

  • Experience in developing sales representatives and improving team performance
  • Deep expertise in value-based selling frameworks and MEDDIC qualification
  • Strong ability to interpret sales data and work collaboratively with RevOps
