Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Director (First Line) to lead a team of Account Executives in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of 5-6 Account Executives, driving pipeline and deal strategy
- Own recruiting and talent development, ensuring a continuous pipeline of top sales talent
- Instill value-based selling practices and consistently deliver on team revenue targets
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in B2B enterprise or commercial technology sales, with 2+ years in a management role
- Proven track record of recruiting and retaining high-performing sales talent
- Experience in developing sales representatives and improving team performance
- Deep expertise in value-based selling frameworks and MEDDIC qualification
- Strong ability to interpret sales data and work collaboratively with RevOps
