Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Sell products and services to law firms and corporations across the U.S
• Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales quotas
• Develop and execute strategies to build relationships with clients

Required Qualifications

• BA or BS degree required; JD is a plus
• Proven track record in selling electronic discovery and litigation support services
• Developed network of contacts with decision makers in the legal and business marketplace
• Strong business development skills, including cold calling and account planning
• Demonstrated ability to use professional selling techniques effectively
