Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director, Sales to drive new business acquisition and enhance customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the full sales cycle for new business, focusing on revenue growth
- Build and execute go-to-market strategies leveraging relationships with Cloud Service Providers and technology vendors
- Act as a strategic advisor to clients regarding engineering and managed services to improve customer experience outcomes
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in IT services or managed services sales, particularly in CX and CCaaS
- Proven success in closing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals
- Experience in acquiring new enterprise customers and closing multi-year 7-figure opportunities
- Deep expertise in the Cloud Service Provider ecosystem, with a history of selling or partnering with platforms like Genesys, Google, or Amazon
- A strong partner-first sales mentality with a consistent history of over-achieving sales quotas
