Job Summary
A company is looking for a Selling Sales Director to lead and develop sales teams while growing client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Senior Sales Management to develop and execute annual sales plans
- Lead, coach, and manage a team of Account Executives to achieve sales and service objectives
- Actively manage and grow a personal book of clients and prospects in alignment with established goals
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales and marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Five or more years of successful sales management experience, preferably in legal services
- Demonstrated success in a multi-function, multi-geography environment
- Proven experience designing and managing sales processes end-to-end
- Proficiency in CRM platforms and other sales and business systems
