Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop a team of Account Executives and Sales Development Representatives, ensuring performance and career growth
  • Oversee the Customer Success team to enhance customer satisfaction and retention while collaborating on renewal strategies
  • Develop and execute revenue strategies, including go-to-market plans and pipeline forecasting, while representing the company at industry events
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in managing sales and customer success teams in a SaaS or technology environment
  • Proven B2B sales experience with a history of meeting or exceeding quotas
  • Experience in selling SaaS or compliance software to complex enterprise environments
  • Familiarity with the pharmaceutical, life sciences, biotech, or healthcare regulatory industry is preferred
  • Strong proficiency with CRM platforms and analytical skills for revenue reporting
