Job Summary

Sales Director, responsible for leading a sales team to manage regional grocery and distributor accounts in a full-time, salaried position focused on driving growth and building strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute regional business plans to drive distribution, share, and profitability
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with major accounts and distributors

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • 10+ years of progressive sales experience in CPG, with 3+ years in a leadership role
  • Proven success in managing regional or national accounts
  • Expertise in broker management and trade spend optimization
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in syndicated data and retailer POS systems
