Job Summary

Sales Director, responsible for managing a team of sales executives in a full-time role focused on driving digital transformation for clients through strategic sales leadership and market intelligence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage, hire, train, and mentor Client Executives in strategic environments
  • Drive thought leadership and provide market intelligence to influence product strategy
  • Define sales targets and coordinate efforts of sales staff to achieve corporate objectives
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of enterprise software sales experience
  • 5+ years of experience in sales management/leadership
  • Comprehensive understanding of complex software relationship selling
  • Solid understanding of software solutions in business process automation
  • Experience with pipeline development and strategic planning
