Job Summary
Sales Director, a full-time position responsible for driving growth through broker relationships, consultative selling, and managing the entire sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong broker relationships to influence benefit strategies
- Manage the sales pipeline, from prospecting to negotiation and closing
- Deliver product demonstrations and achieve assigned sales goals while embodying company values
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience selling employee benefits products
- Existing relationships with distribution partners (brokerage firms)
- Bachelor's degree
- Proficiency with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
- Direct selling experience to employers
