Job Summary

Sales Director, a full-time position responsible for driving growth through broker relationships, consultative selling, and managing the entire sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong broker relationships to influence benefit strategies
  • Manage the sales pipeline, from prospecting to negotiation and closing
  • Deliver product demonstrations and achieve assigned sales goals while embodying company values
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience selling employee benefits products
  • Existing relationships with distribution partners (brokerage firms)
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
  • Direct selling experience to employers
