Job Summary

Leading the sales function, the full-time remote Sales Director will focus on acquiring new business, managing key partnerships, and developing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.

Key responsibilities
  • Build a robust sales pipeline and drive revenue by identifying, prospecting, and closing new business opportunities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy targeting new clients and strategic partnerships
  • Collaborate with partners to create go-to-market strategies and ensure mutual success through joint sales efforts
Required qualifications
  • 7+ years of sales experience in consulting services or a similar industry, with at least 3 years in a sales leadership role
  • Demonstrated success in acquiring and closing large-scale deals and managing strategic partnerships
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and motivating high-performance sales teams
  • Deep understanding of solution selling and strategic alliances
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
