Job Summary

Driving incremental revenue growth, the full-time remote Sales Director will manage end-to-end revenue generation across Digital Incentives and In-Store Media while leading a data-informed pipeline and enhancing team performance through strategic selling and deal closure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own revenue generation by building and converting a proactive pipeline using data insights
  • Lead whitespace growth by aligning with retailer initiatives to drive increased shopper engagement and revenue
  • Champion a data-driven narrative to demonstrate the impact of marketing programs and collaborate with sales colleagues on integrated strategies
Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a quota-carrying senior seller in CPG, retail media, or shopper marketing
  • Strong track record in pipeline generation and deal closure
  • Experience selling complex, multi-product solutions
  • Ability to influence brand and agency stakeholders effectively
  • Highly proactive and results-driven with a competitive mindset
