Job Summary
As a high-impact individual contributor, the full-time salaried Full-Cycle Sales Director will develop and execute sales strategies targeting club directors and coaches, owning the entire sales process from outreach to closing while achieving monthly and quarterly quotas.
Key responsibilities
- Owning the entire sales process: initial outreach, product demo, negotiation, and close
- Developing strategic business partnerships with club directors
- Representing SportsRecruits at national tournaments and conventions
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 2-5 years of sales or business development experience
- Proven experience with the sales process
- Strong experience with sales software and CRM systems (Salesforce, Hubspot, etc.)
- Collegiate athletics experience preferred
