Job Summary

Leading a high-impact team of Account Executives, the full-time Sales Director will be responsible for driving new logo revenue growth, managing team quotas, and providing mentorship while working remotely or from Ontario, Canada.

Key responsibilities
  • Drive significant new logo revenue growth and achievement of sales targets by leading a high-performing sales team
  • Manage the quota and forecast for the team, driving performance to meet and exceed revenue targets
  • Provide mentorship and performance feedback to Account Executives through regular one-on-one meetings
Required qualifications
  • 8+ years of sales experience, preferably in a SaaS environment
  • 3+ years of people management experience
  • Proven history of exceeding sales quotas as an individual contributor
  • Extensive understanding of MEDDIC and value-based selling
  • Advanced knowledge of Salesforce.com and proficiency in sales enablement tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Gong, and Outreach
