Job Summary
Leading the sales function in a remote environment, the full-time Head of Sales will develop and execute global sales strategies, mentor the sales team, and drive both direct enterprise and channel sales initiatives to achieve revenue growth.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee growth and revenue streams while developing global sales strategies aligned with company objectives
- Lead and mentor the sales organization, establishing sales KPIs and monitoring performance
- Analyze sales performance and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize strategies and processes
Required qualifications
- Proven experience in senior sales leadership roles within B2B cybersecurity technology environments
- Strong track record of driving revenue growth in cybersecurity, infrastructure, SaaS, or enterprise software sectors
- Experience managing both direct sales and channel/partner ecosystems
- Hands-on leadership style with a strong understanding of sales operations and Salesforce optimization
- Experience building, mentoring, and scaling high-performing sales teams
