Job Summary
Leading a team of outside sales specialists, the full-time remote Sales Director will manage sales activities, drive revenue growth by selling Clover to small businesses, and ensure team performance aligns with company objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a team of 6 to 10 outside sales specialists to exceed sales goals and lead generation targets
- Log and report all sales activities and metrics in Salesforce and other systems to ensure accurate business reporting
- Provide consistent coaching and support to team members, fostering a positive and collaborative team environment
Required qualifications
- Minimum three years of successful SMB B2B sales and leadership experience
- Experience leading teams in cold calling, social selling, and high-volume full cycle sales
- Experience in SaaS or software sales preferred, but not required
