Job Summary
Leading a commercial team focused on new revenue growth, the full-time remote Director of Sales will manage and develop Account Executives, ensuring accountability for sales execution, forecast accuracy, and team productivity while fostering a high-performance culture.
Key responsibilities
- Own new sales execution and revenue performance, with accountability for new ARR growth
- Lead, coach, and develop Account Executives through structured meetings, deal reviews, and performance feedback
- Drive accurate forecasting and maintain CRM discipline to enhance sales execution and customer activation
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role
- Proven success in leading Account Executives in a high-growth environment
- Strong coaching capability in call and deal coaching, as well as performance management
- Experience with Salesforce, Gong, and sales analytics to improve performance
- Customer-first leadership style with a focus on activation, retention, and long-term value
